Event photography price list

Event photography – the cost of photographic reportage depends on the photographer’s working time, the number of photos and the size of the event.

As a standard, the first hour of a photographer’s work costs PLN 600 gross. Each additional hour costs PLN 400

An all-day event reportage covering about 6 hours of work is the price of PLN 2600 gross. As part of such a package, the client usually receives a minimum of 150 professionally processed photos, ready both for publication on the Internet and for use in printed materials.

The adopted rule is an average of 25-40 photos for each hour of the photographer’s work, which guarantees full documentation of the event – from the official part of the meeting, through networking, to free fun of the participants. In the case of large events that last more than 12 hours, we offer attractive discounts and individual pricing tailored to the scale of the project. Thanks to this, each organizer can adjust the service to their own budget and needs

A very important element of cooperation is the fast delivery time. Photos in electronic form are provided up to 4 working days from the date of the event, which allows for efficient use of the material for marketing purposes. In addition, in order for the client to be able to share the effects of the event with the participants as soon as possible, we provide a photo summary (10-20 photos) within 24 hours of the end of the event.
